Refund policy

If a book you bought from this website is not right for you, ask within 14 days and you will get your money back. You do not need to give a reason.

The store on this website is being prepared. This policy applies from its first sale.

How to ask

1. Write to info@thehydratedgut.com within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Include the email address you used at checkout, or the order number from your receipt.
3. That is all. Please do not send card details or medical details.

What happens next

Your refund is sent to the card or account you paid with, for the full amount including any tax. It is usually issued within a few working days of your request. Your bank may then take several more days to show it.

A faulty file

If a file will not open or a download link does not work, write at any time, even after 14 days. You will be sent a working copy, or a refund if you prefer.

What this policy covers

It covers digital books bought directly from this website. Refund terms for The Hydrated Gut Academy courses will be shown on each course’s page when courses open.

Books bought from Amazon or another bookstore are refunded by that store, under its own rules. We cannot refund those purchases from here.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to any right to cancel or to a refund that you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live.
